How do I change my password?

How do I change my billing and shipping address?

To change your addresses, go to your account page here.  From there you can change your addresses.

How do I make an order?

Making an order is an easy as shopping online at any other store. Follow the steps below to make an order online in our vendor shop

Step 1 – Browse Our Shop

Go to our shop page and browse our products.

Step 2 – Add Products to Cart

When you want to add a product to your order, enter the quantity you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”.

Step 3 – Checkout

When you are ready to checkout, click on “View Order” in the main menu or from clicking the shopping bag icon. Review your order, enter your billing and shipping address, and select a shipping method. Click “Place Order”.

Step 4 – Payment

Your order is now on hold until we receive payment. Once we receive payment, we will begin shipping out your order.

That’s it! You’ve made an order and it will be shipped out.

Can I cancel an order?

We process our orders quite quickly. If we have not yet started processing your order, then you can send us an email at [email protected] to see if it can still be cancelled.

The product I want to order is not in stock. When will it be in stock?

We restock our products often. If you need an order urgently, send us an email at inf[email protected] to see when we will getting that product.

What’s the minimum order amount?

All orders must be $800 or greater before tax.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (only available for local deliveries)
  • Interac E-transfer

Orders will not be shipped until we receive payment. 

Do you charge tax?

Yes, we charge GST.

Where do I send the e-transfer?

Payment instructions will be sent to you upon placing your order. 

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship orders via Canada Post Xpress Post.  For vendors located in Vancouver, we also can do local deliveries.

Where do you offer local deliveries?

We do local deliveries to Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, and Richmond in British Columbia only. 

All other orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpress Post.

How much is shipping?

All shipping and delivery methods are free for all orders over $800. 

When will my order ship?

After we receive payment (unless you’re doing cash on delivery), we ship your order within 1-2 business days.

How do I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number in your completed order email when we ship your order.
